Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to over 90 countries and have production in Canada and the E.U. in addition to the U.S.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We know we all hate this answer, but "it depends". Some items we can turn as quickly as 24-hours and others can take 20 days. If you have items stored with us that are already decorated, all of those orders will ship out within 24-hours. Our average for the our on-demand production is delivery within 10-15 business days after you approve your proofs.
The best thing to do is to send us a quote request or email to confirm timing.
What happens once I place my order?
- Immediate Confirmation Email: Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation with your order number.
- Digital Proof Emailed to You: Within 2 business days, you will receive a proof via email of your digitized logo design.
- Proof Approved by You: You must approve your logo proof within 48 hours to keep your order on schedule! Edits to the logo, or delays to the approval, will cause delays to your order ship date. Your order will be decorated as it appears on your proof.
- Proofs Not Approved in Time: If you do not approve or submit edits to your proof within 48 hours, it will be automatically approved. This will send your order into production as it appears on your proof.
- Production: Once the logo is approved, the order goes into production!
- Order Ships: After production is complete, your order will go through quality control and be packaged up to ship out to you via the shipping method chosen at checkout.
- You will receive an email with your tracking number when it leaves our warehouse
- Ground Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 days for delivery
- Expedited shipping is also available
- We will never charge your credit card without your permission!
How does your pricing work?
If you're reading this, you are probably familiar to some degree with all the nuances in pricing within this industry. You have the raw cost of the items, then you have the decoration cost, the setup cost, and potential run charges for multiple logo colors or logos imprints. Due to all of this, we custom quote every single job for you to ensure you are getting the very best price. We also guarantee to hold that price for any re-orders for 90-days after your initial order.
We do offer quantity discounts, so the more your order the more you save.
Any domestic orders exceeding $5,000 receive FREE GROUND SHIPPING to 1-Location.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order anytime before you approve the proof.
If it's a re-roder with no proof approval or you waived the proof, please contact Hello@getbrandcloud.com ASAP to see if the order has gone in to production and if we an cancel it.
Do you charge sales tax?
Customers in certain states may be required to remit use taxes. If your organization is exempt, please supply a us with your resale certificate prior to placing your order at hello@getbrandcloud.com.
Where do I upload my artwork?
On each product page, there's a "Choose Image" button to upload your artwork and attach it to that specific product for your custom quote.
The best file types to upload are vector files. Typically these are .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg files.
You can also email your logo files and quote request directly to us at hello@getbrandcloud.com
Can you PMS Match?
Yes, with certain products and decoration techniques.
Keep in mind that in some cases, exact PMS matching isn’t possible, e.g embroidery is done with madeira thread colors. In this case we'll get as close as we possibly can with our thread colors.
You can always include a message about PMS colors in the "Comments" section of the ordering process, or just let your representative know (you’ll get an e-mail from them shortly after you place your order).
Trademarks & Logos
If we use artwork you have supplied to imprint your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork. By supplying BrandCloud with your artwork you give us the right to use it for promotional purposes unless you explicitly revoke that right.
Certain retail brands have logo use guidelines that BrandCloud follows; we reserve the right to cancel orders with logos that do not conform to those guidelines.
