HOW IS SHIPPING CHARGED?
BrandCloud does a direct pass-through of shipping charges -- hence the need to obtain the exact shipping amount. If you want a shipping estimate before placing the order, email us at hello@getbrandcloud.com for an estimate.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When you approve your order, we’ll give you a “no later than” date when you can expect to receive it. Decorated or not, the shipping times can vary. Some product orders will take a week, others could take 10-15 business days. Your Account Manager will thoroughly communicate the timing once your order is confirmed.
CAN I GET EXPEDITED SHIPPING OR RUSH ORDERING?
Our factories do offer rush ordering on select items (usually for an added fee) and we can always upgrade your shipping to expedited. Reach out to us about rush orders and expedited shipping.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order has shipped, which can be used to track your order through the respective carrier. Depending on what items you ordered, you may receive more than one tracking number and package as not all items are produced in the same facility.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
YES! We ship to over 90 countries across the world. Just let us know where you need to ship. We also have direct options for products in Canada and the E.U. to cut down on shipping, tariffs and taxes.
