Refund policy

Can I return custom-branded items? 

The only returns we can accept are for defective or damaged items or defective decoration (embroidery, printing, etc). Please take photos of the damaged/defects as soon as possible upon receiving your order and send them to us at hello@getbrandcloud.com with your order number.

We will replace any damaged or defective items as long as we're notified within 30 days of receipt.
